How does Alice protect my data?

Everything we do on our platform follows guidance from a law firm with expertise in this space. Some concrete measures we take are to i) never train on the input material, ii) we never store the input material on our server, and iii) materials are never shared, unless it is within a Study Group where all users explicitly give consent.

Does Alice work in my language?

Most likely, yes! Our AI model currently supports 10 languages, including English, Danish, German, Dutch, Norwegian, French, Spanish, Polish, and Portuguese.

What do I do if something doesn’t work?

We’re still a startup — so small hiccups can happen. The good news? It means we fix things fast. If something doesn’t work as expected, just send us a message at support@alice.tech. We’ll reply within 24 hours and make sure it gets solved if we can. Every bit of feedback helps us make Alice better for everyone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It is simple, just navigate to your profile on Alice, and click on cancel subscription.

What are the limits of Alice?

Right now, Alice works best with PDF files — but don’t worry, you can easily export your notes or slides as a PDF and upload them. She can’t read images or pictures in the chat just yet, and if your file has very little text, the answers might be less detailed. Subjects like law, where every word matters, can still be tricky sometimes — but Alice is learning fast and gets better with every update.
